    yeah, a lot of times it seems you can't even talk to anyone anymore because they've always got their music playing or they are texting on their phone or something. some comradery is nice, and after i lift something heavy i want to yell out "did you f-ing see that, ahhhhhh" and high-five everyone. but usually everyone is off in their own world.

    Exactly! I think it's great for people to be supportive.. I mean, I don't want people chatting to me when I'm in the middle of a set.. but passing by, a "hello" or "nice to see you!" is cool in my book.

    Ok. Feeling so much better today and I'm defintely on the road back to normal health. Today felt good, triceps felt a little weak, but I increased some of the weights on other lifts, so it just might be from that. I'm not too upset with today's work out and tomorrow I will KILL my legs...
    But.. there was a breakthrough today.. There are these 4 guys that are there everytime I'm there and we all just do our thing. But this morning, one said "Good morning." Sounds funny, but I was a little excited.. maybe they're starting to realize I'm not going to be a fairweather gym goer.. hahaha..
    oh.. and my butt is definitely sore from yesterday.
