Ok so im 17 and an outside line backer my coach is really pushing for me to hit the weights and get stronger and game some more weight. Which im all about but summers coming up and i really won't a sixpack
So is there a diet or exercise to help me loose some fat with out loosing the strength and the weight. Im about 5/8 175 if that matters. I also started wrestling about two years ago and have lost around 60 pounds that i really don't wont to game back so if there is any body that could give me like a good diet or exercise plan that can help me out it would awesome
