Itís not about the amount of sets and reps you do, itís about how much effort you put into each set

on MFP, i keep a general idea of how much i get but always strive for 2-3 servings of veggies and 1-2 servings of fruit a day combined with potatoes (good in fiber) as well as a diverse diet to really try and nail micronutrients.

    Love Fiber One cereal actually.

Fiber fills you up and has multitude of positive health aspects. Most get too low.

I don't necessarily keep track. I usually have a serving or two of fiberous veggies with about 2 or 3 meals out of 6 per day. On my lower carb days, I may add a little more, so I think I am getting enough.
