    Default 2 years of training. Transformation :)

    Hey guys.

    Been training hard these past months trying to get leaner and more muscular. Right now i am trying to cut as much as i can (think competition %) to see if i can actually do it. If i do, then iŽll know how to get there and can bulk some more. IŽve posted pics before but iŽll post my pre gym and the most recent ones for some perspective


    Did an evaluation today, weighing 67.7kg, 57.7 of it is muscle mass (87%), and the machine said i had 9.4% body fat.

    I'm doing 1 hour of fasted cardio (lipo 6 black + bcaa) in the morning and weight training at night. Stripping fat off at a controlled pace to avoid loosing muscle mass. Small adjustments every week is better than a changing lots of stuff suddenly, that way you can experiment and figure out what works best or you!
