    Default Flabby arms

I've been doing a variety of workouts for my arms by looking at Youtube videos to help lose my HUGEEE flabby arms. I don't currently own any dumbells so I've been using water bottles as substitutes to do the workouts and boy, that itself made my arms really fatigued (yes, that is how much muscle I lack in my arms ). How long do you think it will be for my arms to get toned and lose the flabbiness. I'm doing cardio, and other workouts along with my arms on a daily basis.

I will let you in on a little secret that will save you a TON of time and effort. The body does NOT understand "esthetics" and will burn fat where you have fat!! What this means is that when you are doing the treadmill, for example, you will be burning the fat on the back of your arms believe it or not!! Working your arms with weights WILL work the muscle UNDER the fat, but until you burn the layer of fat that is covering them you could do kick backs and curls till doomsday and you won't see what you are looking for. If you want to slim down your arms kick up the cardio and tighten up your diet and you'll be pleasantly surprised!
