    Default New guy

    Hey everyone,

I'm steve and im new to the whole forum thing. Wasn't sure where to post this so since im into muscle building workouts & training I hope im in the right place. I've been checking out other forums too and this one seems pretty cool. I'm in my early 20s and love working out, playing sports and being active. I'm really into using no equipment to train though, just my own body, is anyone else on here into that sort of thing? I'm always open to new things and also like to share what I find works great for me and what I hear from others working for them. I like meeting new people and talking about fitness

bodyweight training isn't very efficient for building muscle
increasing resistance is typically the better option unless your goal is to simply determine how many bodyweight reps you can acheive for a certain exercise
