    Weigh day today, up to 77kg which i'm really chuffed with. Starting to get used to counting the macros so it's getting a tad easier

    Lost all my bloody workout sheets but managed to up my deadlift p.b to 100kg, bench press to 85kg and squat to 90kg so pretty chuffed

    Upped the weight on all my compound lifts again. Here's a few of the improvements:

    Deadlift - 117.6kg for 5 reps
    Bench press - 90kg 2 reps
    Squat - 100kg 4 reps

    Keep forgetting to update this but finished my bulk and managed to stick on over 2.5 stone with bodyfat increase of 4.5% so pretty chuffed.

    Stopped upping the weight recently to concentrate on time under tension as i'm trying to cut but here's my latest compound lift p.b's:

    Deadlift - 190kg 1rm
    Bench press - 100kg 1rm
    Squat - 150kg 1rm

    Thanks buddy, is awesome to look at where i started and where i'm at now. Now train 5/6 days a week with it broken down like this:

    Monday: Legs
    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Back
    Thursday: Rest/cardio
    Friday: Shoulders
    Saturday: Arms
    Sunday: Rest/cardio

    Chuck in 15/20mins HIIT on atleast 3 of days too.

    I know weight isn't all important but seeing where i am now to where i started has definitely giving me a boost! Will chuck up more pics when i've finished my cut around Sept.

    Hit a personal goal so thought i'd update this. Now down to the same body fat % as when i first started training (approximately 19.5%) but i'm 23lbs heavier so really happy with how my bulk went and how my cut is going.

    Here's a pic from about 6 weeks ago, definitely lost a lot more fat since it was taken and aiming for 12-15% body fat come Sept

    So been at it properly for about 14 months now and here's the years progress pics. Currently weighing 71kg at around 15% bodyfat according to my scales.

    Back to the bulk and thought i'd update this as hit a personal goal last week.

    Managed a new deadlift p.b of 210kg at 75kg bodyweight so really happy with that. Still need to work on my arm strength as it's holding me back a fair bit on other compound lifts like bench and military press. Have switched to a new routine basically the standard 5 day split but with a bit of DUPs thrown in so squat, deadlift and bench 3x a week.

    Haven't updated this in a while, not that anyone else seems to pay much notice lol, but thought i'd give a quick update.

    Still bulking and up to 84.5 kg. Decided to keep going and put up with the fat gains too till i hit 90kg then do a slow cut.

    The DUPs has helped loads with my compound lifts and especially leg gains! Can stick up progress pics if anyones interested but current lifts are now:

    Deadlift: 240kg / 529lbs
    Squat: 160kg / 353lbs
    Bench: 105kg / 231lbs - arms are really holding me back so started adding in an extra arm session and on one of the bench sessions just doing 4 sets of 1 at 90% to hopefully help with strength and get used to the heavier weight.

    Pretty happy with how the legs are coming along
