    My new maintenance tech. job is going great. I'm still spending a lot of time and money travelling to and from but I'm hoping to be able to move closer in the coming months.

    Hey clarktar, I'm using the Microsoft band 2 http://www.windowscentral.com/microsoft-band-2 It tracks much more than sleep and worth the money - about $199.

    Mike, I see a lot of wake-ups in your sleep patterns. Apnea? Have you done a sleep study? Just wondering, because my DH was diagnosed with mild apnea and it damn near killed him.

    Hi Ridgeback,
    I tend to switch sides a few times during the night and I think the sensors read that as waking up. I also hit the snooze a few times in the morning so 6 or 7 wake ups in a night would be normal I think and sometimes I have very vivid dreams that effect my sleep. I am trying to get more sleep on my days off and anything over 8 hours will have me tossing and turning every 20 minutes or so and I can get a back ache from too much sleep so 15 or 16 wake ups on those days is about right. My sleep efficiency has improved since I started tracking it a few months ago.
