    Default Trying to choose my next workout

    Trying to decide which program to go with this fall. Considering the following:

    * 4 day power muscle burn
    * 5 day power muscle burn
    * Doug's Mass Building for Ectomorphs
    * Bulldozer Training

    I know these are all good programs and all will help me build mass if I work hard and eat enough. I'm just curious if any others have tried some of these and what their opinions are.

    A little information about myself. I'm 42, 6' tall, 170 pounds. I've been training on and off for about a year and have made some moderate gains in strength and size. My challenge is eating enough. Also, have joint pain in my left knee at times which gets worse if I try squatting too much. I'm old...what are you gonna do?

    I'm a big fan of bulldozer and the 4 day power muscle burn. These are both very demanding routines, so I would definitely make it a priority to eat plenty. You might also consider running a novice full body routine for a few months to get you back into lifting and being consistent before jumping on a routine like those, which can beat you up pretty fast if you aren't ready for it. (I speak from experience, having run both of those)

    I like the 4 day power muscle burn, ran it awhile back with good results. Running a modified version of it now.

    I would go with the 4 day Power Muscle Burn.
