    Nice start Joe! Concentrate on good form and take the progression slow. At your advanced age just making it to the gym is a victory hahaha!! (I think I'm about 6 months out from receiving AARP cards in the mail too)

    LOL..^^harder than it seems sometimes, was snowed in fri-sun. did some light stuff with weights i have at home, but nothing serious. Back to the grind..we still have ice on the bridges up here, how is it in your neck of the woods??

    Yeah the Cowgirls suck big time, but they will continue to suck as long as Jerry is in charge.

    We were pretty much iced in Friday-Sunday afternoon. Roads are in great shape now and just a few patches on bridges. Just happy to see the sun this morning for the first time since last Wednesday!

Still able to push myself and at least have some starting points if I decide to use the hammer strenght machines in the future. BTW at 4 - 5pm, lots of women in yoga pants...
