    Default Need a weight lifting routine

    I am working out for football and I need a weight lifting routine that can help me get quicker and more explosive. I'm a pretty good size for my position so now I just want to fine tune my speed, quickness, and conditioning. Does anyone know a workout that could help me with that?

    Hi Football4,

    How old are you and how often a week do you workout? Also, What position do you play? If your like most teams right now you are probably still in season. I have been creating workouts for various football teams and individual athletes for years. I have some ideas already to go. Just hit me with some of that info and possibly some previous workout experience i.e. what type of power/olympic lifts etc... and I will see if I can get you a workout. I would hate to tell you to do overhead squats and single arm dumbbell snatch if you have never done them before.
