    Default Dynamic Warmup?

    I know that a warmup is crucial before a workout, but is 10 minutes on my exercise bike good enough, or do I also have to do some light dynamic exercises like jumping jacks and bodyweight squats?

    Dude you can doing a set or two of snatches or power cleans,followed by a set or two of pushups and you have the ideal warm up.

    I think it depends on what you're doing that day. The bike might be good for leg day. To warm up for an upper body or full body day I'd get on the elliptical trainer or rowing machine personally, just to incorporate my arms some.

    I agree with the elliptical or rowing machine for upper body cardio warm ups
