Love the bioscience channel. Should've posted that in the exercises thread to the guy who asked about legs up benching.

You watched the picking up chicks one yet?

I only discovered his channel last night. Yeah, I watched that one.

I posted it in that thread too. Great minds think alike.

I also love his one on the Smith Machine. Very funny.

It’s not about the amount of sets and reps you do, it’s about how much effort you put into each set

Yeah, nothing wrong with 2.5lb plates (a.k.a. 1.25kg plates in my nice, metric gym). Especially for OHP I find it's easier to go up in 2.5kg increments.

I also don't see a problem with using your shaker bottle in the gym. Personally, I drink BCAAs whilst I workout. Can't remember where but someone said they're good to drink if you workout fasted, which I do when I workout before breakfast.

Aside from that, they make a very efficient water bottle for the days I don't workout fasted - why should I have to buy another piece of branded kit just for water when this one will do the same job?

The guy in my gym who mixed up something which smelled like vomit the other day though... whole other story... and not really a shaker bottle issue...

My fiancée calls it my "Big-boy sippy cup". Lol.
