    Default Dropping BodyFat while keeping strenght

    im looking to drop some bodyfat to drop a weight class for a powerlifting meet in February, i cut down down a lot on carbs and im eating clean and eating a lot more protein than i normally do, just looking for advice on some cardio? I lost 2 kilo so far and my total went up but i dont know how to approuch cardio without losing strenght? any advice would be great

    You should continue to lift heavy, keep a training log so each workout you can challenge yourself to incease the weight or reps. Do squats, deadlifts, presses and pull ups in the 3-6 rep range. Cardio is an option, for me cardio only made my muscles look smaller and feel drained out. Just eat clean and lift with intencity

    I lost 25lbs doing Carb Backloading. I highly recommend it. I know several other Strongmen who do it and have dropped or maintained weight while increasing strength, which is almost unheard of.
