    Thumbs up my cardio, bodyweight plan

    hi

    i'm planning to lose some fat before lifting so i'm gonna follow a diet and do some cardio and bodyweigth stuff.
    i live near a forest with an exercise/running track with pull up bars push up stands jump boxes and like 10 other things
    i don't think i could do all those exercises for 3 sets every day so is this okay:

    day 1 run the track 3 times including exercises
    day 2 run the track 4/5? times
    day 3 run the track 3 times including exercises
    day 4 run the track 4/5? times
    day 5-
    day 6 run the track 3 times including exercises
    day 7 run the track 4/5? times

    why is it important to lose weight/bodyfat prior to beginning lifting weights?
    it is possible to lose weight/bodyfat while lifting weights and getting stronger
    do you have a specific goal in mind?
