    I got cancer 2 years and when i was doing all the heavy chemo i lost alot of weight n muscle.
    Now that im not doing heavy chemo nd feel awesome i want to start lifting gain some muscle back.
    So my question is what would be a good full body work out starting of .
    Im 5'7 180lbs .mi would really appreciate some help. Thanknyou (:

    hope you kick its ass.
    I would do a 3 day full body, or a push/legs/pull..lots of options in workout section
