your 15 years old, you do not have enough experience, you need to be focusing on Madcow or Starting Strength. If its too easy your not lifting correctly or not lifting with enough intensity period. Focus on your form and range of motion at 15. Take it slow and dont lift with bad form or cause injury when you grow up.

Starting Strength is the novice routine of choice for those who want to improve athletic performance
as for in season training, nothing that will negatively impact performance/recovery
during the season the focus should be on staying healthy and maintaining strength/muscle

what i met by more challenging is that i wanted to go from my beginner workout that i do to a more of a intermediate workout like steve shaws. also i looked up the starting strength workout and what i do now works out my triceps, biceps, and lats better so wouldn't be able to maintain that muscle i got if i switched and did starting strength. You may be right about how i should learn the form first at my age but i still need a workout that involves the triceps, biceps and lats more then what you get from starting strength. thx for your reply though.
