    Default cardio

    My daily intake of calorie intake is 2,944 for muscle gain. How many days a week and how many minutes should I do.

    If you aren't trying to cut then cardio isn't required. If you are looking to do cardio for general health/fitness then 30 mins a few times a week is plenty
