    Default A bit of advice

    Hi lads,I work out at home,trying to lose that belly,I will tell you my training regime,any advice would be appreciated,thanks.
    Trying to stick to the 6 small meals a day diet,from M&S,mind you,to be honest,I like a few beers,lol

    My routine: 3 day split,and 3 day ab workout,from M&S

    Monday: shoulders and back
    Tuesday: chest,triceps and abs
    Wednesday: biceps and legs
    Thursday: ab workout
    Friday: ab workout
    Sat:rest
    Sun: rest

    you dont need 6 small meals a day that is a myth
    You could do 4 meals a day which would be more optimal for muscle protein synthesis

    it would be better to do a starting strength, 5/3/1 program or a basic upper/lower split and focus on more frequency and lower volume

    LayzieBone085 is right on the money!

    Start tracking your caloric intake and macros. Myfitnesspal is a great free app.

    Some research suggests a higher protein diet may be beneficial due to it's thermic effect.

    Focus on intense strength training workouts and perhaps includes some HIIT cardio. Remember to still challenge yourself with your resistance training workouts... don't start using "light weight, high reps" in an effort to lose weight.
