Default Carbs in the day or not when cutting?

Im just planning my cutting diet. I have worked out that i need 2000cals to be in deficit. This gives me 200c/200p/44f on a 40/40/20 ratio. Im struggling to fit all my carbs around breakfast and training times as it just seems too much to eat. I always train around 7pm 3 times a week. Can i eat the carbs at any time of the day e.g lunch time? And also should i eat the same amount of carbs on non training days aswell? Thanks for your time in advance.

You dont have to have carbs just at those two times.
    Spread them out.
Also you dont need a 40/40/20 ratio. there is nothing magical about 40/40/20,

You should keep your intake the same, see what your weight/mirror does and adjust as needed
Carbs are fine later at night for lunch or for breakfast. Meeting your intake over the 24 hour period is what matters most.

Thanks very much will give them a read! What % would you use a 50/30/20? Should this be everyday even on non workout days?

Like he said, there is nothing magical about any form of ratio. What is important is to meet your daily needs for protein, carbs and fats. If that means 15/55/30, then so be it. If that means 30/50/20, then that is OK to. Try to get about 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight per day, enough fats to meet 20 - 30 % of total caloric intake, and fill up the rest with carbs to meet your daily caloric allowance!

Do the same every day, and adjust up or down as needed. No need to cycle calories or carbs unless you are lean wanting to get really lean!

Personally, I don't. I'm ad libitum at the moment.

But when I do, I use a site like myfitnesspal.com, but it's a Norwegian one with micro nutrients as well. And you need a little wiggle room. It's not mentally healthy to obsess over numbers and try to get them exactly right. And screw the percentages. Work things out in GRAMS per day, and leave at least 25 - 50 grams of margins and wiggle room at each side of your goal for protein and carbs, and maybe a little less for fats.

    Don't go crazy!
