What do you mean the "required lifts"?
I think if you go to the websites for the various powerlifting associations in the UK, they should have information regarding what you need to do to qualify for a national meet. I don't think any have qualification requirements for local or divisional meets.

No I e-mailed bdfpa no requirements think the standard for my weight is around 500kg unequipped does that sound about right? There was loads of no.s on the link didn't really make sense

The only numbers that matter are the weights you lift. If you are strong enough to lift the bar you are strong enough to compete if that is what you want to do. Find a local meet, sign up, do your best and have a great time!
Your first meet is all about the experience and setting your first total. This gives you a target to shoot for at your next meet and helps focus your training as well!
