    Don't use fat burner tablet. apply healthy diet in your daily routine. keep regular exercise for cardio. Running, cycling, Swimming and many exercises help to reduce weight.

    Hi, your friend is doing Cardio which is one of the best work out however fat burner cannot alone do the magic. Please ask her to try drinking Lemon water with empty stomach as well as she can drink warm water. It would great help to burn fat quickly.
