Default Brand new member here: What direction to take with my physique.

Hey guys. I'm 25 years old 6'1 - 180 lbs. Ive been out of the game for over a year or so now.1 year ago I was about 195lbs. I've probably been over thinking it alot but I don't know whether I should bulk up and eat or try and get rid of the excess belly fat and chest fat that has me drove crazy. Half of my friends say to just bulk bulk bulk and the other half says not to bulk because that belly will just get bigger. I'm not sure If I have gyno or not either because my chest seems really puffy and what not, I also realize im lacking big time in my upper chest.

I have virtually no muscle mass any more which makes me want to bulk, but then my stomach becomes an issue leaning me towards a cut, which has always been a problem for me ( sticking to a plan) I'll start a bulk and then not commit because i feel as if I got fat, then ill start a cut and then feel like im skinny and weak and keep switching between the two cycles never commiting to one. Some tell me to eat at maintenance.Ultimately I would like to have a decent lean physique come july 10th, 2015 an important time in my life that Id like to get in shape for.

Some advice would be great. The first picture is me from a year ago, and the next 4 are me now. Thanks guys!

I could have sworn that i posted here once but i will say that you lack lean mass.
Bulk, earn some mass, earn a little more mass, and then consider cutting in one year. I wasted LOTS of time and yo yo'd for years. Bulk for a year, cut for the beach. Then do it again next year.

    good luck bra

I will have to agree. You need to pack on some muscle and not worry about the stomach too much. Do stronglifts 5x5, follow it to the letter until you reach 3x3 on your lifts and just cut all the sugary processed cap out of your diet. Avoid refined carbs like bagels, bread pasta but do have them sparingly if it helps you stay on track. You have so little muscle mass that eating too much of anything is going to cause you to gain fat.

Even if you maintained your current bodyfat levels and added another 20 lbs of muscle you'll be much happier with the way you look.
