    Question Question about Westside

    I have a pretty good understanding of westside methods, but I have one question about the maximal effort method. Once you've warmed up to your maximum weight, do you do do multiple sets of singles with that weight or do you hit that weight with your final set, & then your done?

    Whether youre doing singles, doubles, or triples, you keep adding weight each set until you cant.
