    Default Basketball training

    My son is 16 and plays basketball. He is about 6'0" and weighs about 180. He is leaning towards playing a small or power forward. He needs to develop strength. I am not really concerned with size. Anyone have any suggestions or programs specific to his needs? He is more towards the intermediate program in weights. Also any quickness drills would be very helpful.
