I wouldn't count yourself out lol. I'm around 200lbs which is a lot of weight to heft more than 20 times lol. So don't be surprised if you beat me.

Drove but should have walked. I left Wednesday and went up 75 hoping to miss the snow, which I did not. Thursday morning I was doing dips in the hotel room *****ing to my self about how I was going to miss the Arnold because of the snow after not letting it stop me all winter and about put one of the chairs through the mirror. I drank a pre workout and spent over 4 hours driving/sliding 5-20 mph on 75 from Richmond to Cincinnati before the snow broke. Actually the road became visible about 12-15 miles before the Ohio state line. I was the only vehicle on 75 from Richmond KY to Lexington KY, in both directions, and I was wondering if 75 was closed like 64 but kept going anyway. Several times I couldn't tell if I was still on a road until I could see guardrails. At one point traffic was stopped in the southbound lanes for almost 17 miles! It was the worst driving experience I have ever been in and I live in hillbilly mountains. When I left the expo I clocked it and realized I made it from Columbus OH, through KY, and 8 miles into TN in the same amount of time I made it from Richmond KY to Cincinnati. Still, worth every second of driving on/in the snow. I should have stopped and taken a selfie in the middle of 75 but I was WAY to stressed at the time.

Back to the grind workout. Did something similar yesterday with chest/shoulders. Last week I worked out Monday and Wednesday, I did not lift at my hotel "gym" and I use that term loosely because it made my gym look like a big city Gold's Gym!

    Back and Biceps restart

    Bent Rows
    175 X 12; 205 X 8; 225 X 4; 185 X 12

    Pull Ups
    10/8/7

    Lat Pull-Down, 3 grips
    W: 100 X 18
    N: 100 X 16
    P: 100 X 15

    T Bar Row
    100 X 20; 100 X 17

    Palms In Bar Row
    100 X 16; 100 X 12

"Falling" Bench Rows (45/30/15 degrees, only rest is lowering the bench)
    25s X 16 / 25s X 14 / 25s X 15

    DB Shrug Drop-set
    35s X 20 + 30s X 16 + 25s X 16 + 20s X 18 + 15s X 21

    Curls
    DB: 35s X 12; 35s X 10
    Preacher: 60 X 12; 50 X 12
    30d Incline: 30s X 10; 25s X 12
    45d Incline TW: 25s X 12; 20s X 12
    Standing TW: 20s X 12; 15s X 17

Nothing great but I reminded the muscles what they are there for and I got finished with it so I'm pleased. My next program begins monday so I'm gearing up for that. I think the last time I took 5 days off in a row was in July so I was probably due for this "slacker" time!

Dang sounds like your trip to the Arnold was exhausting. Driving in that kind of weather takes a lot of concentration. Tell us about your new program. You had great results with the program you have been on...you are lighter than me but look twice as big lol. I definitely need to do better at working in some conditioning before I turn into a strong, fat, waddling power lifter .

Legish day. Getting back into the grind still. My legs and I are currently not on good terms….

Squats super-setted with Standing Calf Raises
    S: 175 X 12; 205 X 10; 225 X 4; 235 X 4; 245 X 2; 185 X 10
C: 12 of everything above before putting the bar back

    Lying Leg Curls
    55 X 10; 65 X 8; 75 X 6; 55 X 10

I know that isn't much but I haven't hit them in 11 days. How can 225 feel so heavy right now??

Dang, you hanging out in shorts already?!
It was a sunny 54F today but the wind was so strong that I had my winter parka on to stay warm!

    Squats
    215 X 6; 225 X 4; 245 X 1 + the 'circle walk & cuss before passing out"

Last night I realized I've been getting sick. I wasn't going to work out today but a buddy showed up and wanted to squat so we did. I remember standing up with the 245 and racked it after just 1 rep. I was told I mumbled a few cuss words as I walked in a circle before I passed out!! 2 things here-
    1) I still managed to recognize it was time to put the weight back before entering la-la land!
    2) My buddy never considered calling for help because he said he thought I would be mad at him for calling 911 from my cell phone!!
