    Default shed some light?

    [FONT=Palatino Linotype]
    I could use some help with some body fat estimates. I weigh 164lbs and my calipers keep reading about 13-14% is this accurate or am I off?(estimate from pictures) Also, the third photo is my ideal goal. I wanted to get to sub 10% BF before putting on mass as I am very sensitive to weight gain and I have only tried to put on mass once before, as my strength shot up so did my fat I have been training for about 7 months now. Should I stop cutting and attempt a bulk now? Or should I continue to drop body fat?
    Any help or advice would be appreciated
