    Default Quick snack

Nothing special, this is just a way to squeeze a few macros in before your pre workout drink without really filling up.

Just a snack, I guess I really like waffles because I eat them at least 10 different ways. The syrup is the Walden Farms Maple syrup, I pour a splash into the powdered peanut butter after I've mixed it up. Anything less than 5 calories can be entered as "0" on the label so I guess its possible this could have another 4.9999 calories snuck in. Takes about 5 minutes to mix and cook. It is what it is.

Default Chocolate and Strawberry brownie with Strawberries and Chocolate

The following recipe was adapted from one of LazieBone's recipes he has posted here on M&S. I changed it slightly to fit my taste and kitchen supplies. Thanks Bob for the idea.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Dry Ingredients
1 TBSP Chocolate Pudding Mix, FF/SF
    25g Strawberry flavored Whey Protein
    2/3 Cup Complete Pancake Mix
    25g Chocolate flavored Whey Protein
    2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Truvia (granulated stevia)

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, set it aside

    Wet Ingredients

4TBSP Eqq Whites (2 Egg Whites)
1/2 Cup Lowfat Strawberry flavored Milk
    1 Egg
    1 TBSP Greek Yogurt

Add wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients, hand mix until it turns into brownie batter.

Pour batter into a 9 X 9 brownie pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

Place In oven, cook for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Allow to cool, cut into desired size, add any toppings you desire and eat

I'm not putting nutritional info for this- varies according to brands, simple math!!

Will give them a trial and see if they work for me. I like it when you say that success is not final and that failure is not fatal. So, determination and hard work are key to success. I admire you.
