Dang, that all looks so good and colorful and delish!
How long does the prep take you?

I don't mind cooking. It's all the prep that makes me sigh.

I made the salad and cut everything else while the peppers were roasting, maybe 15 minutes, cleaned out the roasted peppers and assembling the 'tacos' probably added about 5-6 more minutes. Not too bad. However, I smoke my chicken about 5 pounds at a time on the weekends and eat it through the week so that was already cooked. I forgot to chop my date but it was still really good.

    Just a snack.

Toast with cashew butter and no calorie chocolate syrup that really tasted like chocolate.

So I drenched it in chocolate!

Something is wrong with my computer, it keeps jumbling letters together as if they are supposed to be words I understand. Right now it says something like, "I forgot to eat lunch." If I was a robot those would be the words that made my head spin while saying "does not compute!"

I've been meaning to ask if different species of deer taste different? White tail vs axis or whatever those invasive species are down in TX.

I have never been able to tell the difference from species to species. I will tell you that my friends that sell packages on their ranch swear that axis and fallow deer are leaner and healthier than white tail deer, right before they tell you the price!! Texas deer don't carry the mass or fat layer that a Minnesota or most deer up north carry because they don't have to live through the brutal winters. The Texas limestone makes excellent racks though and the deer are big!
