    This is from last night. It was so good I'm posting it here today!

    Onion Roll, lettuce, jalape˝o and bell pepper, red onion, BACON BITS, jalape˝o cream cheese, turkey breast.

    1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream, 3 Dates, 28g nuts (Pecans/Walnuts/Almonds/Cashews)
