You want loose belly fat? Why not try and lose it instead, traveller?

I think the word he's looking for is loosen. He's obviously got quite tight belly fat at the moments and wants it to be flabbier and free. I think eating lots of food to stretch the skin then dieting quickly could get some loose belly fat. Good luck! [/sarcasm]

[Real answer] Don't try to lose fat too quickly, aim for a pound a week, the only way to do this is to eat less calories than you burn. Upping cardio can help, but eating less will prove more effective in the long run.

Look up HIIT on Google - incorporate it into your muscle building routine.

Haha, that's the case when lose and loose really make all the difference.

Perhaps English isn't his first language. I'd be screwed if I had to communicate in another language and I think it's clear what he's trying to say.

Sande, I don't know of any way to spot reduce in one area only. If fat is the issue, you will lose it all over your body. Good luck to you and keep posting.
