    Since you've "Just Started"

I'd invest more in getting your diet under control and eating the right foods.

    Start here:
    http://www.muscleandstrength.com/too...alculator.html

So called "Fat burning" supplements do one thing, they make your wallet lighter. They are filled with tons of caffeine that is a diuretic and will have you losing weight, but it will mostly be water weight.

True fat loss occurs by proper nutrition, calorie reduction, and exercise.

If you look closely at the bottle, it will say "Results Not Typical" or "Inconjuntion with proper diet and exercise". The pill itself is not magical and will not have the fat dropping off of you as fast as their commercial and magazine ads proclaim.

    1) Get your diet Under control
    2) Exercise
    3) Rest
    4) Lose fat

Agree with above. You don;t need to waste your money on them. Spend money on good nutritious food and invest time in researching and acting on good nutritional information.
Live every day as if it's your last. Because one day you will be right.

Weight loss is one of the difficult task for all men and women. They are trying everything to get rid of these extra pounds as early as possible. Taking fat loss supplements or fat burner should be used after proper consultation because they have their own pro and cons. It is always recommended to take care of your diet rather than going for fast burners.

Avoid fat loss supplements! They really aren't necessary. As you are just starting out, you'll notice great results just by cleaning up your diet and adding in some form of training. Take advantage of the newbie gains by ensuring you are eating adequate protein for your body.

Yes you can take fat loss supplements if you want. But it is also possible to lose fat by following a low carbohydrate diet. I personally suggest you to go for low carb diet first and if you are unable to achieve the desired result than go for fat burning supplements.

Here is a sample of my low carbohydrate diet.

Morning --> 1 cup black coffee,1 kiwi fruit, whey protein 1 scoop.
Breakfast --> 4 egg white 1 egg yolk omelette in cooked in olive oil.
    Mid morning--> 8 egg whites,15-20 almonds
Lunch-->1 cup oats, 1 plate green vegetable salad,100 gms curd.
post lunch--> 1 scoop whey protein,1 tablespoon peanut butter.
dinner--> grilled fish and 1 plate green vegetable salad with extra virgin olive oil as salad dressing.

This sums up like protein 150-170 gms, carbs 80-100 gms and fats about 100 gms.

yes, I agree. First preference should be diet and exercise and if that doesn't workout then one can switch to other alternatives. However, this should be only done after consultation with your physician.

natural would obviously be best, but some people still have trouble and that's where fat burning supplements come to help, they are only there to 'supplement' and shouldn't be relied on. if you feel you need to try a fat burning supplement, i would check out lipodrene dmaa

I have all of them, I use them all together and they r the best ones available, all together, they dont do enough to warrant the money you dont notice any results

The fibrous ones that bulk out your stomach do curb appetite to me they are the best and the most natural since they are just indigestible fiber but you have to use them in a smart way, they definitely work to lower appetite for a period of time, but ud need lots of them im not sure they are worth the price when you could just eat more salad and get a simlar effect and more health

Its all about your diet thats it calories in and out, any way you can find to consistently keep that 500 cal deficit is the difference between your success or your failure

In Canada we actually have access to sarms, so mk-677 (hgh) releasor works very well for fat loss. I am sure at one point they will probably make it illegal here...but for now these sarms are the best alternative to steroids and hgh.

Cardarine also works pretty damn well. But it has more side effects and I am not sure if itís really all that safe. Good studies behind mk677 though and works very well for me for fat loss and energy. If youíre in Canada give it some research and maybe try it out!

Well I havenít had much experience with many weight loss supplements as many of them donít work for me. Personally, I found that red detox tea worked great for me ! Iíll list some sites I found helpful:
