    Default Anyone try this method for eggs before?

    I can't post an exact link, but it's pretty easy to picture.

    Take a cupcake pan. Spray it with some nonstick spray. Crack open and add a single egg to each cupcake slot. Add spinach, cheese, whatever you want, and toss it in the oven for about 15 minutes @ 325 degrees. They're perfect size for English Muffins, and after you cook them you can throw them in the fridge for a quick on the go breakfast in the morning.

    I saw it posted on Facebook, but never knew anyone that tried it. If you did, how did it turn out?

    Best use muffin liners... I tried this... They were awesome... Scrubbed, soaked, scrubbed pan again - baked on egg is a pain to get off... Ended up trashing the pan and buying a new one

    I usually just drink my eggs! I dont have the appetite to eat a big meal and breakfast is usually my biggest meal of the day.
