Default Strange Question?! Your time for shopping

    Hey guys!

Quick question to those interested in good nutrition:

Are there days where you simply donít have the time to buy the ingredients for your healty/muscle-meal?
Or do you sometimes have problems in deciding what meals to cook?
If thatís the case: What are you doing then?

    Any comments appreciated.
    Thanks!

I've greatly simplified my grocery buying habits, and I'm glad I did. Basically, I buy several protein/fat sources (different types of meat, eggs, etc.), several carb sources (pasta, rice, bread, oats, etc.), and a few odds and ends (cheese, butter, hot sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, etc.). Then, throughout the week, each meal looks like this:

Protein/fat source + carb source + (odds and ends)

    For example:

chicken breasts + tortillas + cheese + hot sauce

ground beef + spagehetti + tomato sauce + parmesan cheese + spices

scrambled eggs + toast + butter

chicken breasts + white rice + soy sauce + veggies

casein protein powder + old fashioned oats + cinnamon

I feel like people make grocery shopping / cooking way too complicated. My system works perfectly for me, and I have the added benefit of not stressing out about it. Combine that with my usual "manager's special" scores for meat, and I'm golden

    Find things you enjoy
Plug into your myfitnesspal or fitday account
Hit your macros/calories and utilize different food sources

there are not specific Healthy/muscle meal combinations. that varies from person to person, the foods they like and what they can and cannot tolerate.

I eat different things every single day but still manage to hit my micros/macros through various sources.
