Default Blue Star Whey Smooth Milk and Cookies

Blue Star Whey-Smooth Milk and Cookies

    Taste

Milk & Cookies – When I first read the label the first thing that popped into my head was PES because that is exactly what their CNC protein tastes like. This is very similar if not a bit denser in flavor. This is not like an Oreo (like a Beverly UMP, or Champion Nutrition) which I find similar to that in taste. The overall flavoring is strong from first hit on your taste buds, and has a lingering after taste with no artificial flavoring. After having iso-smooth I expected this to be flavored very well and that Blue Star Did. Great job.

    As Sludge:

As a Protein Cake Topped with Milk & Cookie Frosting:

    Mixability

There are 0 problems I have had with this product and I have used it two ways (my most common ways of using protein) which are In protein pudding/sludge (6oz yogurt + 1 scoop whey) and in baking (as you have seen in the protein cake I made).

    Formula

    150kcals a scoop
2g Fat, 5g Carbs and 27g of Protein Per Serving

A good blend of WPC, WPI, and WPH, then added Casein, Egg White Protein) in that order on the label. There is also small gluten free cookie pieces (for those who have a gluten problem and cannot have other various CnC flavors due to this which is a great addition by Blue Star.

    Cost

    4lb for 64.99$
So around 50 Servings for 64.99$ which is a little on the higher side but you are paying for a quality product. I will not complain if I am paying for quality, or a product that is true to its label and not spiked with low-grade fillers. For the taste, the quality, and how well this product does mix it is worth a shot. The other flavors got nothing but awesome reviews. Due to the quality of the product, and also amount of protein per scoop being much higher than most brands this is something to consider and check out.

So Bob, when you do this up as a cake, who do you do it? Microwave…. oven… at what temperature and how long? Yeah… I'm a rookie with these.

mix the ingredients (whey, pancake mix, splenda, SF/FF Pudding mix, 1 egg, and water to a cake like consistency)
coat a tupperware container with cooking spray
    transfer mixture
Cook for 3-3.5 minutes on a medium power in microwave
poke the outside edge to allow the heat to release and allow it to not stick to the side and transfer to a plate.
