Default Rob's End of Program Cheat Meal and Dessert to Recover From Volume Week

OK, these only fit my macros because of the program, they aren't for every day. For most of us!!

    Breakfast Taco's
    A) Two Jalapeño Peppers G) Three Sausage Patties
    B) Two Eggs H) 1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
    C) 8oz Egg Whites I) 1/4 tsp. Hot Paprika
    D) 4 Flour Tortillas J) 1/2 tsp. Sweet Paprika
    E) 1.5oz Shredded Pepper Cheese K) 1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika
    F) 1 tsp. Black Peppercorns, Crushed L) 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

Cook, drain, and crumble sausage patties.
Finely chop two jalapeños, sauté with a little of the sausage.
Combine eggs, egg whites, and spices- stir very well.
Scramble egg and spice mixture with jalapeños and sausage until cooked completely.
Place cheese on a tortilla, add cooked egg mixture, close taco.
Repeat for all tacos- this will allow the cheese to melt in the taco.
Open taco, add hot sauce of choice, close taco.
    EAT.
Yes, you can use any spices you want, substitute corn tortillas for flower, whatever.

    Chocolate Almond Strawberry Dessert
This is NOT a low calorie dessert!
    A) 8oz Half & Half
    B) Two Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
    C) 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    D) 30g Almonds
    E) 8oz Greek Yogurt, fat free.

I keep Greek yogurt frozen in ice cube trays for my smoothies. It will work better if frozen.
    Crush the almonds well.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix completely.
Pour into a bowl and eat.
Freeze the rest in ice cube trays and use like you would for smoothies.
This makes more than pictured, about 28 ounces.
THIS IS MORE THAN ONE SERVING!
You can cut back on the almonds or substitute the fruit, whatever you like.

No, I split some sausage patties with Kaiser. Then he stole the rest of the box off the counter so I am currently without pork sausage!

Smart dog. But not very trustworthy. LOL!

My best dog was a white lab-terrier mix who was so good, I could leave a box of pizza on a coffee table, tell her No, walk out of the room to get napkins, come back 5 min later and she'd still be sitting there, watching the pizza box.

Default Cheat Meal before the current program started.

Yesterday I ate a real cheat meal:

I had another plate of 4 sausage links and another plate of pancakes but I wasn't in a picture taking mood once I started eating.
