    Time to get back to the program that brought me my best gains, the Real Results Upper/Lower 4 day program written by Steve Shaw. Let's begin.

    Real Results Week 1 Day 1

    Add Bench Daddy

    Good to get back to some volume. Bench Daddy set felt really heavy which tells me I need this volume.

    Pullups (pronated, neutral, supinated)

    Thanks Pixie! Yeah the old groin used to always act up by the time I got up to 3pps so this was a pretty easy PR. Hope to be able to build some good strength this time around.
    Sessions are taking a little long right now as I get used to new equipment blah blah blah. Cardio will come back in before too long
