    Some meals I track some I don't...some are healthy some are not ...its all about what fits my lifestyle for me.

    I normally smoke my pulled pork and use my own dry rub and bbq sauce but that takes a little planning on my part haha

    I find most crock pot recipes just suck all the flavor out of the meat, leaving it quite dry no matter what's in the cooking sauce.
    I still haven't found a good recipe yet.
