    Lightbulb Meal prep ideas

I desperately need some new and interesting meal prep ideas that are easy to make and taste decent. I'm not too strict on macros, and I make 5 meals at a time (weak prep I know, I fill in the gaps with oats, greek yog & protein)

    Anyone got any favs?

I HIGHLY recommend investing in a crockpot if you haven't already. Got something cooking right now!!!

    Today's recipe:
4.5lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs (way better than breasts)
3 packets of Cheesy Taco Seasoning
    2 cups of chicken broth

    BAM!!!!

Throw it over rice, in a wrap, over some beans, etc....

Made this one last night... Chicken pesto zucchini noodles. I skipped the olive oil and just blended it with water to make it fit my macros lol

    2 cups basil
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
    1 clove garlic
    2 tbsps. nutritional yeast
    Lemon juice
    Sea salt and pepper
    1 chicken breast
    1 tsp coconut oil
    1-2 zucchinis
1 large handful of cherry tomatoes

Slice chicken into similar sized pieces. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through.
Spiralise the zucchini and add to chicken with the halved cherry tomatoes. Cook until zucchini and tomatoes start to soften.
Place the basil, toasted pine nuts, garlic, nutritional yeast and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and plenty of lemon.
Spoon some of the pesto into the fry pan with the chicken and zucchini. Stir through to combine. Note- you may need to add some water to thin out the pesto. https://blog.dukesgym.com.au/blog/re...pesto-zoodles/

Ham, omelet, carrots in Korean, Peking cabbage, mayonnaise

    Sixth salad
Grilled fish, quail egg, vegetables, vegetable oil

    Seventh salad
Salad with smoked chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, iceberg salad, sesame

    Eighth salad

To salads, I usually make great tea with the help of my secret assistant iced tea maker. And then everyone is surprised how I manage such great drinks. For example, I have a recipe: I add green tea, ginger and a little pomegranate juice and mint. It turns out something magnificent.
