    Great job! I'm nowhere near that weight on squats. How long did it take you to get to that level?
    Gimme a year or so to work into it, and I hope to be squatting bodyweight.
    Just beginning:
    Bench 2RM 135#
    Deadlift 1RM 315#
    Squat 185# 4x5 (going up)
    OHP 92# 3RM

    I increased my 1RM squat from 215.5 lbs to 244.7 lbs after 8 weeks of doing Steve Shaw's Big & Bold workout split. Hope to take it higher doing a high frequency upper / lower body 4 day split. Perhaps I need to an extra strength squat workout over the weekend?
