    Default i have big and strong lower body but small upper body help

    im 19 years old 5,10 what workout is best to build a big upper body should i still do leg workout even i have big and strong lower body

    Continue to just work an upper/lower split it will come with time.

    Is this a cunning attempt to ask a question to which squats aren't the answer? I refuse.

    Squat more.
    2013 Gym PRs
    Squat = 140kg ...... Deadlift = 180kg ...... Bench = 95kg
    2014 Gym PRs
    Squat = 162.5kg ...... Deadlift = 192.5kg ...... Bench = 105kg
    2015 Gym PRs
    Squat = 170kg ... Deadlift = No improvement ... Bench = No Improvement
