After a long hiatus, FINAFLEX is back on board here at Myscle and Strength!
I would like to introduce myself first and foremost. I'm Montego (duh). I've been with FINAFLEX for about two years now and I'm the head online product educator/rep for our company. I've been lifting and living the fitness lifestyle for about ten years now and in the last year I decided to move into the competitive side of things. I competed in my first show last July and plan to continue my journey for the foreseeable future.
I'm very excited to become a part of the community here at M&S and look forward to chatting with each of you.
