    Default help to loose fat & tone my body

    I need to loose 65 lbs and I need to know what's best to loose fat outta my body. And I need to tone up..can anyone help me with what kind of supplements can help me. I do walk and I exercise. I go to a nutrition dr so I am eating correctly. I'm just not seeing results as quickly as I would like too...

    Hi, you dont say what exercise or how many calories you are currently eating, losing fat takes time and perseverance, but it will come off in time, there are no quick fixes to fat loss, weight loss is easy, fat loss is a totally different subject

    You want to build lean muscle without getting to much fat.For this you have to eat more calories than you burn.
    Also you have to lose your fat.For losing fat you have to burn more calories than you consume.
    You have to maintain your body weight.

    Eat less food as you are hungry and not drink much water after you Eat. This is very helpful to loss weight. Try It and Enjoy

    Best advice from my personal experience.

    Get yourself s proper comfortable diet with foods you like, understand the concept behind it, and do jump ropes 4 to 5 days a week, start taking down notes of your weight every 7 days.

    Dance is a good for weight loss few months back I am 85 weight and now I am 55 dance is a good workout for weight lose.

    Hello there are some natural remedies and recipes that will help you reach your ultimate goal.     Cinnamon Tea

    -8 ounces of fresh water

    Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day.
