    Hi there!

My advice is to be physically very active, doing things that keep your mind busy and focused on things that really interest you.

Don't starve yourself, but also don't take second helpings at lunch time.

One thing that really works is to stop taking any sugar. stay away from anything sweet. Even artificial sweeteners. Drink water when you are thirsty and never eat or drink stuff while you are walking.

For physical exercise just walk, but try to walk on uneven surfaces so you have to concentrate on what you are doing every step of the way. It will keep your brain from going into automatic and you will soon see that your weight starts to go down. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. We lose fat through our breath!! (Fact)

    Don't give up!

    Enjoy your day!

That is exactly how you lose weight. You create a caloric deficit in your diet and you combine that with a good exercise program. Strength training is just as good as cardio at losing weight. You are heading in the right direction, keep up the hard work.

I read there is a hormone which regulates fat in the body. If you can keep it on track then you can do fat loss without much of cardio.
It's called Leptin the fat loss hormone. Read fat loss mechanism of leptin hormone here

An interesting topic! Actually, the hormone was discovered in 1947 and signals the brain and the other parts of the body to reduce appetite while increasing the metabolic rate. Also, the hormone inhibits deposition of fat and increases the body’s physical activities. This is how the body starts burning fats. It is the reason why pharmaceutical companies rushed into incorporating the hormone in weight loss drugs. Now the body secretes the hormone depending on the amount of fat the body carries. Once it is produced, it enters the bloodstream and into the through brain’s hypothalamus. It affects the neurons that increase or decrease fat storage. It suppresses all the programs the body has designed to increase body fat.

Yes, you can lose weight without cardio but it depends on your goal what you want to achieve and what are your priorities, cardio is more beneficial if you want to lose extra weight in minimum time however you can also achieve your weight loss goal by controlling your diet to maintain balance between your calories intake and your workout, for example take lower calories diet if you are doing low intensity workout or exercise.

Well I just started working out & I recommend some form of strength training instead of the cardio. I also recommend drinking some form of detox. The red tea detox worked wonders for me ! Iíll list some sites I found helpful:

You can cut fat without doing cardio. Yes, HIIT cardio can help you melt body fat since it elevates your metabolic rate to burn more, but there's severaln factors you need to do to burn fat without cardio

    Keep your caloric intake down
    Avoid saturated and trans fat
    Avoiding processed carbs
    Have more protein
Do weights training, with high reps and lower rest periods

Weight training is your best exercise option if you don't do cardio. You need lower your rest periods, but up the volume of reps. This provides a cardio like workout from lifting.

Also, switching between upper body and lower body exercises help spread out fatigue more and force your body into an aerobic burn. It takes two minutes for aerobic burn to start working, so you can start by dropping weight slightly, then proceed to perform sets to last around 50 seconds.

Well, i would say both cardio and weight training is important to fat loss. But to see you ask that question I assume that you are worry about in order to achieve "cardio exercise" mean you have to do jogging, biking, aerobics, swimming for like and hour straight. If that is your worry I can tell you that isn't true. Cardio exercise take many forms. Using a dumbbell at home can achieve "cardio exercise" and it doesnt have to be long.
