Default Soccer goalkeeping training - ideas anyone?

Hi, does anyone have any ideas for goalkeeping training please? I've signed up for a football match in around a month and I wouldn't mind getting a bit of training in as I haven't played for a while. I'm mainly looking to increase my agility and get a bit quicker on my feet. Any help is much apappreciated, cheers!

You have to do general preparation: cardio, flexibilty, mobility and sprints. There are a lot of exercises on the internet.

For agility the best are the agility drills: all alite athlets and professional football (soccer) players do them in their training.

For goalkeeping there are some special exercises but you need to ask a friend to assist and help you with the shots. Search on ytube for this type of training and you will see a high number of programs.
