    Default 5 Week Difference

    The time difference between the two pics is 5 weeks. Just for some Context, I'm 6'2" and in the first pic I weighed 168lbs with no food in me, and I hadn't even been in the weight room for at least 6 months prior. The second pic is a few weeks old already but I weighed between 180-182lbs, with no food in me and usually around 186-188lbs with food in me. So far I've only been taking that $15 protein from Walmart, eating 6-7 meals a day, and sticking to Doug's Mass Building Routine.
