    right now I'm going 4x week, but after this 8 week cycle I will be going back to 5 x week

    I go to gym 4 times per week. Although, I want to do more exercise but can't adjust the busy schedule. I take off on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    I weight train 3 times a week in the gym, swim 4 times a week plus the occasional surf or paddle.

    Wow, good thread!
    I go to the gym 3 days per week. Maintain one-day workout one day rest.
    I also like another outdoor exercise like running outdoors, Riding, Fishing. And another thing sometimes I take part in playing soccer with my neighbourhood.

    Beginners, as well as more advanced fitness levels, will see the biggest benefits if they work out three to four times a week. The main thing is that you schedule a rest day between the different sessions. You should take at least one day off after two consecutive days of strength training.

    As it can be seen from the poll, going to the gym 4 times a week the favorite. But what is important is how you organize yourself. Going to the gym from Monday to Thursday will not give you the expected results. You need to alternate exercising with rest. For instance, if you hit the gym on Monday, let your muscles hill on Tuesday. Visit the gym on Wednesday and rest on Thursday. Train on Friday and rest on Saturday. This way you give the muscles time to heal and get leaner.

    4 times a week.
    I start my training on Monday, rest on Tuesday, hit the gym on Wednesday, sleep on Thursday, training on Friday and train again on Sunday.

    I think it depends on your training split. But for a general guideline, 3-4 times a week is best for muscle growth

    I am glad that most people still appreciate that you need to hit the gym 4 times a week if you want to have the kind of results that we see in builders who engage in international competition. However, you should remember that diet is critical and so eating the right diet can help you get the best results. You also need to stack supplements as well. Those who give different opinions let's continue reading them.

    I workout 4 times a week upper/lower,sometimes just one upper body day per week,because of my shoulder injury.When I fix this injury I will go back to PPL six times a week.
    If you are injured,the best thing you can do is to workout around the injured place,and also cut back the volume and intesity.If you feel the pain when doing certain exercise,stop doing that exercise.It must be a pain free workout.Also if you feel pain on every exercise,you need to rest for a while.

    A great discussion here guy, majority of us are hitting the gym 4 times a week but I can see guys who go there 3 or 5 times are also many. Keep talking we are reading.

    It depends on your workout plan if you're working just one group of muscle per day or many.
