    Default what do you guys take for upset stomach?

    I ate some pasta last night and I think it may upset my stomach. I think it may be an intolerance. What do guys take for this? I know I cant be the only one as we here eat alot of food during bulking haha.

    Just flush your body with water and get back to sources you utilize well
    If you do not respond well ditch it and go back to the other things you enjoy.

    I usually just let an upset stomach run its course, take note of what may have caused it (where possible) and make adjustments in the future.

    Whenever I end up upsetting my stomach I take Banana and Curd. Avoid going to gym and don't eat too much. Drink lots of water and rest until you get better.

    I take some mint it helps improve the flow of bile, which helps you digest properly.

    Daily I take lemon drink in morning and evening to avoid digestive problem.

    If your problem gets worse you could try digestive enzymes.

    Drink a lot of water. Try adding some lemon if you'd like. Otherwise, unfortunately, let it run its course, take note of what you ate before you started feeling unwell and make some dietary changes.
