    If you want to build or even just maintain muscles that bulge with size, shape, and definition, you've got to keep them full of glycogen. That means you've got to eat enough carbohydrate

    Simple formula:

    Bigger Muscles, Less Fat

    No diet need for body building because we don't spam now. Just workout to get a beautiful body to attract people of opposite sex. Diet? Eat less junk foods.

    Good diet is a good habit of a bodybuilder. A normal bodybuilders diet (starting) consists of percentages of calories as protein/carbohydrates and essential fat on a minimum range.
