Default Is Horlicks good for me ?

Just wanted to know if Horlicks Malt Milk drink (original) is good to take or not , i am not able to use protein shakes so i`m looking for anything to cover my protein need everyday , and seems like my bottle of horlicks contains about 10g of protein in every 25g along with 200ml semi-skimmed milk . Not bd i guess but what i didnt like was the amount of sugar in the product . Can anyone please look at the nutrition facts and tell me whether its good or not ?
    Thank you

Have you considered just drinking milk?
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.
